Jobdescription

We are looking for new employees for the technical devision.  Field Service Technicians - Service Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• You will do installations and set-ups of our Machines Portofolio at customer site including introductory trainings.
• You will do Analysis of problems and you have the ability to work solve them autonomously.
  
• You will do support for our customers via Phone, E-Mail, Video Conferencsystems.
• You will document all, service, installation / set-up and application activities.
• You have excellent customer relations skills. 
  
• You will be responsible for support as well as reactive service and maintenance at customer side.

Job Requirements

• You are a state certified technician, electronics.- industry engineer,  mechatronics or a similar qualification.
  
• You have the ability to understand and react to complex technical topics.
• You have a strong affinity for new technologies and software applications.
• You are a team player and have a feel for details.
• You have a clean and error-free form of expression in English.
• You work independently, organize and finalize your own projects on schedule
• You have the willingness to travel national and international.
• You are flexible in terms of time.
• You have a quick grasp and high discipline.
• You have the ability to follow processes and question them later on for getting better results.
• Previous knowledge in the areas of electronics manufacturing, SMT-related processes, etc. is an advantage, but not necessary.

• Clean and error-free written expression in Englisch and/or  German.
• Previous knowledge in the areas of document management, e-commerce, backoffice related task etc. is an advantage, but not necessary.
